Last week I attempted to buy the inserts **alone** from the local Lexus dealer, just to have on hand. They don't even stock them!!! And the Toyota dealer didn't have the Lexus sizes, either.
I usually just buy the rubber wiper insert from the dealer. There's no reason to replace the whole arm. It's cheaper too.
I also just buy the inserts. At least every six months put the blades in the service position pull them away from the windshield and clean with a rag with alcohol then coat with 303 pictured. This product also great for moon roof rubber gasket that takes a beating from the sun and door seals.
Does anyone have the part number for a 2024 RX450h+ wiper blade front left and right? The mylparts link above does not show anything when I select this vehicle. Thanks!
$8 for right front for insert. Fits RX350h have to believe would also fit yours.

I use silicone spray, works great and it's much cheaper.
