I fully discharged my 12V battery and after getting the car jump started, my rear tailgate door adjar light is on. The dash button doesn't do anything and the door is partially released but cannot open. The remote button won't help me open it not will the latch at the rear door. Is there a manual way of releasing this lock?

 

The next thing I would try is to shove it shut. Maybe that will close a contact that will allow it to work properly again.

 

Page 126 in the owner's manual (for 2024 model anyway), there is a suggestion to try what @Urlik suggested. Then if that fails how to open a panel and manually attempt to fix it.
