Allocation spreadsheets for 2023 RX
Maybe I am missing something, but it looks like very few vehicles. I've read that Lexus takes under 24 hours to build a car so should there not be more available? We are on to almost three and a half months and no 350h in sight. Dealer has no idea when the car will be produced. I am sorely tempted to cancel the order and pick up a Cayenne.
I believe the spreadsheets have only the cars that are currently listed on dealer websites. So a little hard to extrapolate production volume from that.
You're better off looking at: Toyota Motor North America Reports March, First Quarter 2023 U.S. Sales
and comparing to other manufacturers. Lexus and Toyota are having difficulty producing vehicles compared to other manufactures, and are losing market share as a result.

I'm not sure how he is scraping the data but my wife's inbound RX's VIN didn't make it on the spreadsheet. The VIN one number lower is on there. Then again I've never been able to get her VIN to come up on https://toyota-tracker.com either.

29% hybrids? That's a 2% increase from the original production targets of 10% 500h and 17% 350h.
This data represents what - production for the entire month of April?

Check back into the reddit thread - apparently the person posting this has been receiving threats. Interesting that they also tabulate the dealer markups. You can see from this how the allocation mechanics are carefully controlled and tracked. A real eye opener. I don't think I will ever be able to get a white/macadamia luxury based on what I am seeing here.

Not all RXs are listed. My wife's white/macadamia is enroute to a Ft Worth dealership after being built April 4th but it doesn't show up on the spreadsheet at all. We only waited 5 weeks to get offered an allocation so it may not be that bad for you. It probably helped that we just wanted the turbo 4 and FWD was fine with us. But we also wanted triple beams and ML sound.
I was able to match a white/macadamia Premium+ from this sheet to a different local dealers, I emailed them to inquire about it, but then would have to get out of my deal at the current dealer - I pre-traded my car to them a couple of months ago, so they would have to refund both my cash deposit and the value of the trade.
I already posted that I called Lexus of America to complain about the way cars are allocated to dealer. Its obvious in this multi month ordeal, that a car with this spec has been available - but they won't allocate it to the dealer where I have my deposit/trade. Their entire allocation process is a mess, it actually doesn't pay to leave a deposit with a particular dealer, better to just "play the field" to all local dealers, but I didn't know that before.

What does "DealerHold" mean on that sheet, does that mean the car shown is already pre-sold? The one I cross referenced to the dealer website, the dealer says its available but the sheet has it marked as "DealerHold", so I can't figure out what that means.
