FYI Lexus Drivers website is having problems
http://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home
FYI, if you're trying to lookup the service history of your vehicle and other stuff, their website is currently having problems. Website might've asked you to change your username to your email address.
I talked to a customer service rep and they're aware of the problem and hope to have it fixed by end of the day

Last Thursday (7/7) the new website was up and required changing from user name to email address. But when I tried to make the change, I got a message that the change function was not available. Friday (7/8) I was able to make the change. But eDestinations was not available. And much of the Enform account status was incorrect for both my 2016 RX 350 and my 2016 NX 200t. On Monday (7/11), I contacted Customer Service about the problems. On Wednesday (7/13) I received an email update that indicated the problems "...occurred due to a website re-launch that will greatly improve the Lexus Ownership Experience." It also stated that "At this time, we do not have a time frame as to when the issue will be corrected." Today I see that some changes have been made. Now the website shows that I have no Lexus vehicle. I also see that the Lexus Drivers iPhone app shows that I have no vehicles. At least, for now, the Lexus Enform Remote app knows about both vehicles. I'm not holding my breath waiting for this to be resolved.

Yup it looks like Lexus consolidated their previous lexusdrivers.com into the main Lexus site. It took several tries but it registered my VIN eventually but no service history showed up for any of my cars. I already emailed them to see what's going on.

Wow, they have seriously screwed up what was once a nice feature of Lexas ownership. Besides a step backward in graphics and text, they've lost all service records and monthly health reports.
Wondering if anyone's records have shown it. Perhaps this website is still in alpha testing?

Service records have shown up. I can only get January health report(s) to show up. A graph showing monthly mileage goes "February, January, March" not "January, February, March". The graphics, at least on an iPad, are lame for a new 2016 web page. A flat, black, two-dimensional navigation button and nondescript black and white text! I'll give them some more time to put some finishing touches on it.

eDestination isn't working right. I am out of town and have an appointment next week for service at a dealer other than my regular one. I tried to use eDestination and it said it couldn't find the dealer. I then tried to do it by "Category" and put in auto dealerships and it couldn't find any! Something is really messed up.
