Do all 2016 RXs have this installed or is it an option? I want to be able to start my RX from my iPhone.

Yep, that's a standard part Lexus Enform along with something called Service Connect. It'll let you know fuel level, mileage to maintenance alerts and overall vehicle health. Log in is available online and an app. Plus accessing a tech specialist will be possible on an iPad via FaceTime. No visit to the dealer necessary. It's part their 'next level of connectivity.'
