Just purchased a 2020 Rx350. The both front outside door handles would light up. But NOT the rears. In playing with the setting trying to get the rear doors to light up, now NONE of them will light up. What setting did I change? Or do I need to change back.?

 

Not sure about the settings, just making sure you know. The outside door handle lights will come on only when doors are locked as you approach vehicle with key fob. Maybe it’s unlocked is why none are lighting up?

 

Maybe it's the 'Exterior Light' function? I'm sure you can default everything.

 

From the 2020 manual. There is no description other than what appears below. It does not look like there are any settings.

 

Long.. Just a follow up to this Incase someone else has this problem.
Using the Carista app, I found a B27A4 Error. "Right Rear door antenna circuit / short error" With the help of Utube I took the RR back door panel off. For whatever reason the Plug was unplug at the door handle. Plugged it back in, went back to the Carista app and the error was gone, but they still did not work. Further in the app, I found the exterior lights and welcome lights were off. (I assume the ECU did this based on the short) Turned them on and all is good.
As a side note... Both my batteries in my fobs died while this was going on... The ECU turned off the wireless remote function. After replacing the batteries I was able to turn it back on in the app.
