Default RX350 2019 Engine Coolant Reservoir Cap

Hello Guys,

I Got Lexus RX350 F Sport model 2019, Canadian Import. However, I noticed that my engine missing the Coolant Reservoir Cap. I bought the cap from Lexus dealer shop store. However, I'm confused as the cap coming with small pipe as attached. Please advice whether I got the right cap. Moreover, which is right installation A or B?

Your photo "B" shows it correctly installed.

My wife's RX once came back from the dealer after an oil change with that same cap missing as well. Interesting. I of course checked it when i got home and went right back there and they replaced it.
