The catch is that after we got to a flat land and drove for about 30 minutes or longer, the vibration did not occur again. I brought this to the dealer and they could not find any problem. Accordingly, they visually inspected it and found nothing. The car computer did not show any problem code as well according to the dealer service center.

I am wondering if anyone has had the same experience with their RX 350.
I have the same exact issue when driving my 2020 RX 350 downhill in the Adirondacks. I only have 14,000 miles on the car so I doibt it is either pads or rotors. Pulsates downhill but immediately stops on level road at the bottom of the hill.

It could be your rotors. I needed my rotors machined at 24000 km (15000 miles).
Seems like a common issue with this car. Never had this occur with my previous generation Rx.

Is there any recommendation as to who in Lexus should we elevate this question to?

well. If it is the brakes & rotors, then they can be 'turned' & with new brake pads, which should run about $450. New rotors & brake pads can be pricey. This is one of pet peeves, when the steerng shakes, whether it is from tires or rotors...

I suspect it is the heat buildup when trying to brake going down hill. I have had many cars that could not stand up to the hills here in Colorado. Brakes finally begin to warp and then you get into an expensive game of getting them repaired. I live in the Colorado mountains and now have 85000 miles on the original breaks on my 450h. I have never gotten more than 35000 on any other cars breaks as the hills lay waste to brakes. The hybrid has many gears that I use to keep the speed under control without using the brakes, and if I do use the brake pedal, I use it softly and let the electric motors slow the car down.
