Program can not read message

DEARS,
I PAY NEW LEXUS RX 450H 2018 BUT AFTER ITS ARRIVE FROM DEALER I FIND THE SCREEN NOT WORK
I TRY TO REMOVE BATTERY AND START THE CAR BUT it's STILL NOT WORK THE MESSAGE IT APPEAR ( THE PROGRAM CAN NOT READ)
ANYONE CAN HELP ME WHAT I CAN DO.
I DO NOT LIKE to RAID MY CAR WITHOUT SYSTEM WORK

PLEASE TOLD ME WHAT I MUST BE DO
