2018 RX350: Bluetooth has suddenly begun to spontaneously disconnect (Android or IPhone with up-to-date software) and not reconnecting. In trying to remove a device and add it again, the program slows and never connects. The devices may momentarily recognize the vehicle on start-up and are then dropped with a Lexus device no longer found on the phones.
Any ideas aside from going to the dealer?
Thanks.

Hard reboot of the info system may be worth a try. Then try to pair again.

You may also try completely "Forgetting" the device on the phone(s), delete the phone(s) from the vehicle's bluetooth, and start the entire pairing process over from the beginning.
When trying to delete a device, and add it back, the program stalls and never completes the process. The phone would not see the car's Bluetooth anyway. My daughter just said that the system just spontaneously rebooted with only temporary improvement in connectivity but this was not the hard boot that was suggested and has yet to be tried.
Thanks.

You might check lexus drivers to see if there's an update for your system. Sometimes there are updates you can download to a USB and update your system. All else fails, go to your dealer. Something is definitely wrong there.
Update. The reboot, while still not recognizing a previously paired device, allowed me to delete and re-pair my phone successfully. Hopefully, it will last.
Thanks to all who responded!

I am experiencing the same issues. Dealer stated - two Iphones connected may be the source of the problem, Recent IOS update may be the source of the problem and suggested I make an appointment with the Navigation Specialist.
I will try the hard reset Thank you
