2015 ES350. On a trip my menu screen went blank for 7 days then started up again and has been operating sense. any ideals. called lexus dealer said call if it happens again.

 

If it didn't work for 7 days, I would assume it's going to happen again. You should take a video of it when it does. You should go into your dealer and make sure that they document your issue, so it's on record. Don't let them just brush it off.
