Possible to swap out the door panel armrest pads?

Hi there. Can the ugly circuit red door panel armrests be swapped out with black ones or does the whole door panel need to be replaced?

Have you considered an upholstery shop?
I watch a lot of car shows and there is nothing that can't be done.
