Default New 2020 RX350 Audio Problem
I have a new 2020 RX with Navi. With either the Lexus Navigation or CarPlay, the instruction voice is way too loud. Have tried turning down the volume on the IPhone as well as the radio volume control but neither work. Nothing seems to control Navi instruction volume

Any help would be appreciated.

Use the radio volume control when the nav guidance is speaking. Volume control when nav guidance is not actively 'speaking' only affects the radio volume

Try menu settings and then voice I think - there the NAV volume can be set.
