Not sure if it's supposed to glow or not, but my wife '19 450h fsport front Lexus emblem does not glow. I've seen some online pictures with the glowing blue line around the L emblem. Will someone confirm for me? Thanks

 

The blue around the emblem is very reflective, so what you saw are likely just a reflection off the camera flash, or surrounding lights. It does not glow on its own.
