Need help with iPod classic setup
Hello i am new at this forum and need help with my new rx350l I connect my iPod classic on the aux and on the console screen I got no control beside listen the musics. Is there anyway I can enable and control on the console instead of keep taking out my iPod classic to change the music please help.
Consider getting the 0.5 meter ("14) Apple USB - Lightning cord. The 3.5 mm Aux cord just
transfers signal as you described. The USB cord will keep the iPod charged, allow steering
wheel controls to work, display Song/Artist/Track info on screen and play high band width music!
While I keep ours in the bottom of the center console, your RX has the nice flip top wrist rest and
a cable cut that our ESh doesn't have.
Correction, the iPod Classic has the 30 pin connector, same advice but just use the standard
white Apple cord you use for charging to connect to the USB jack in the console.

glad you got it working, yes the 30 pin usb. wheel controls, voice control, say "play artist XXX" or song XXX .

Good idea, It still have a space on top with an iPod classic in there. So I’ll add a couple back up gum in there as well. 😉
