I have used these as well and they are very good. Scotty loves them!

To answer your question, see my Post #80 in this thread. I included the info I found when I changed brakes on my Japan built 2018 RX350.

This is the info from my rear brake job on my Japan built 2018 RX350. The prices
shown are from June of 2021 and out of date. The front brake parts are the same
for Japan or Canadian built models.

I spoke with a dealer parts counter rep and got the actual part numbers needed
for the brake job. Here is the list of official Lexus parts :

2018 RX350 with AWD and "J" as the first letter of VIN
Rear Pads 04466-48160 $71.06
Rear Pad Shims 04946-48130 $40.69
Rear Pad H/W Kit 04948-48110 $26.23
Rear Rotor 4 1431-48090 $120.00

Crossing these numbers over to aftermarket parts can be difficult. I used
Rock Auto and entered the Lexus part numbers and came up with the following :
Raybestos Rotor 982051FZN $36.89
Raybestos Pads w/HW kit EHT1879H $17.43

One thing that I've found that helps on the front brakes, is using a more aggressive pad. I'm using the EBC Yellowstuff and I'm way happier with it than the OEM pads.

I can’t thank you all enough for the really helpful replies. Going so far as including the part numbers was above and beyond. Thank you!

I was told that both the front pads and rear pads have a piece of metal that will squeal if the pad thickness gets low enough. Not sure how true this is, as I haven’t checked myself.

No sensor. Just a squeaky thingy (if that's a technical term) 😀

Why not just put the car on N and turn the car off and do the break pad change? So it will not activate the E-Break.
I didn't try yet but logically it should work. I still haven't break pad changed first time so it will be good to know.

By default when e brakes are not activated the caliper is extended to just before touch. You can not do brake job without activation of brake maintenance mode or some other method to retract the e brake motors.

Trying to disassemble them will ruin the system.

I thought it retracts all the way always when it deactivates. So my assumption is wrong. Anyway I will check when it is time to replace the pads.
Thanks for the info.

OK So, I found this video so it does not need the any diagnostics tool. You just remove the one side connector for parking break and it will completely retract the other connected side.
