Rattle Problem

My 2016 rx200t is at 13000 km's but the center screen rattles in every minor bump. I also found that rubber door sealings are coming off and driver's door rattles when the ML system manages to give some bass. Overall I am very dissapointed with the fit and finis and overall build quality of this car. Is anyone experiencing these problems too?

My 2016 es 350 has the same door panel rattle when my mark Levinson starts bumping I get a very annoying rattle to and so far there is no solution.
