RX350 Enform Issues
My additional problem is with the Enform system. I think it is a system full of software glitches. I had a 2013 RX450h prior to the 2016 and the Enform software hasn't improved in 3 model years!. For example if I leave the engine running (AC in the heat of summer here in No VA) and take my I-Phone with me for a short time so that my Wife can wait for me without having to get out out of the car, and when I return the Enform software is unable to reconnect my phone to the car automatically. I have to manually go thru the steps of reconnecting my phone to the RX and sometimes, but not everytime, it will reconnect so I can play my IPhone music or Pandora. Today it wouldn't reconnect at all until I stopped the engine and restarted the Enform software on my i-Phone. Lexus should have done a lot more testing over the years since this Enform system was first introduced. And why did they make it so one must start the software on an smartphone before it will work in the vehicle is beyond my comprehension. It's frustrating and makes me feel like I should have looked at other brands before I bought the 2016 RX; like the Jaguar F-Pace for example. But this new body style is so contemporary and improved over the previous generation I couldn't resist. Are other owners having these types of issues or am doing something wrong?

As for the enform, my wife has an iphone and I have an android. Have not experienced any problems to date. Have had the LS since 2012 and the RX just a few months.

Regarding the iPhone issue, have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your phone? The same with the Enform App. Try deleting and reinstalling it. I have an iPhone too and the app wasn't working. The problem went away as soon as I did both. That suggestion came from Lexus. Or maybe get in touch with Technology Specialist at the dealership. Good luck.

KITLZ, Yes, I have to disconnect and reconnect my iPhone overtime this problem happens to get it to work again. One would think since the iPhone has been paired many times with the RX that it would automatically reconnect.
