Default How do you turn off Enform?

The dealer automatically enrolled my wifes vehichle into Lexus Enform but she does not want it, how do we turn it off? And how do we turn off / cancel destination assist?
Does the 4th gen RX have the updated Nav? Two times we have used destination assist with nav and it gave us a wrong address.

Enform Remote, Destination Assist, and Safety Connect is free for the first year. When the subscription expires, the plan would not automatically renew and you would need to give info to renew. So I'd say just leave it, and don't use it if you don't want to.

I have had no problems with Destination Assist. I suspect they might have heard the name of your destination wrong or misspelled it, so they probably gave you the wrong address.

Just don't use it. Like the other poster said, it will cancel in a year.

It has worked very well for me.

I understand that it will cancel in a year, but I do not want to feel forced to have some thing if I do not want it.
Just because it's free, it should not be forced upon customers.

Is there a contact number for Enform?

There is a web page to submit concerns, including incorrect address results in destination searches. It helps with future navigation data updates.

I am not close to the vehicle, but I believe there should be Enform contact information included with the "kit" you received with the vehcile inside the leather manual pouch. I had to call Enform to transfer account from an older RX to 2016 RX. They can cancel the subscription over the phone.

I do not understand how this is being forced on you. You do not have to use it and it cost nothing. It is not like you have to use it to drive the car.

But like the others said, you can have them disconnect it and be FREE!

Just call your dealer.

Or at the bottom of this web page is a FAQ about cancelling.
