Any place where it snows is a no brainer. Overall, it helps keep road debris off the body regardless if your in New England or Texas. There are Chinese knock offs for $30 bucks or OEM for around $100.

I got the factory mud flaps. They look great once installed. Plastic texture on the flaps matches the wheel well trim very well. Installation was a pain in the butt. Studied the included instruction sheet numerous times and it only helped a little. The pictures posted above would have helped a lot. It hurt to take a drill to my new car but the results were worth it.

Question Adding Mudflaps

I would like to add mudflaps to my 2018 Rx 350.

It has factory installed running boards.

Is this a DIY project or a dealer install?

Thanks

The dealer gave me mud flaps when I purchased my 450H and I installed them myself. Took me 30 minutes for the 1st one and about 10 minutes apiece for the next three. Any do it your-selfer can easily install these without any special equipment.

I seem to recall that if you already had running boards installed, it will be a bit more tricky. You can search previous posts in the thread for more info. Without the running board, installation is very easy in the rear. For the front, it was a bit more work. Good luck

ANYONE should be able to install these. If you can't, find someone. It'll still be cheaper than the dealer.

No, I don’t have running boards & I don’t know why you would want them, since the car sits very low.

Default Rx350 mudguard spacers

So I am currently installing mudguards and was wondering, are the spacers necessary? I don't see much purpose of the spacers.

Kind of an off topic question. I have a 2018 RX and bought mud guards for it but haven't installed yet. Pretty sure I'm going to get a 2020 in May. I think the part numbers are different but doesn't necessarily mean they are different. Anyone know for sure whether the 18 mud guards will still work on the 20?

Don't all RX350 come with mudguards from the factory, or is this only in Canada?

That may be because all the Rx 350 sold in Canada are AWD.

Default 2020 RX450h Mud guard

Hi all,
Was wondering if anybody knew whether the mudguard was compatible with the 2016-2019 mud guards...or if they redesigned it. Was planning on buying and installing for my mom.

thanks!!
