thanks, sent a message,
my dealer tech guy tried to contact them when he was all excited to show me this on an iphone, and saw it didn't work with my phone.

this was the response i got, definitely not true because the ios works for whatever reason........................

Unfortunately the Navigation system of 2017 Lexus RX 450 for the U.S. market does not support NaviBridge.

for the -19, the ios works, guess the change in 20 broke that too.
with carplay and android auto, not sure the need for navibridge ??

the lexus app will save and transfer destinations to the vehicle, but its not great searching for places compared to google and others.

through the lexus enform app, different app than the remote app
have to find the location, ensure that it is correct, save destination, then the vehicle will sync with the app and saved destinations.
