Has anyone had their front grill Lexus logo covered in PPF? Any reason why the logo should not be covered in PPF (e.g. sensor)? I've had the front covered in Sentek and would like to do the logo as well. The template patterns I've seen do not show a logo cutout piece. Thanks.

 

Need help to decide which is the better installer to go.
this is mostly for SoCal members whom has prior experience

Scott, at Advance Auto Engineering, does excellent work (he also does installations for Longo Lexus). He's not cheap, but the work is top-notch. The Suntek Ultra looks better than the 3M Pro.

In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a certified dealer of any product who has flawless Yelp reviews. Both the companies I listed meet this criteria. Hopefully yours do too.

 

Scott at Advance Auto Engineering is good. Another good installer who's a perfectionist is Peter at Clear Bra Pro. Most installers leave the seams exposed, Peter goes the extra length and hides them.

while you're at it, if you have the pano view monitor, I would cut a small circular piece and cover up the front lens.

I got a small rock chip on it so I put it on 6 months ago and it hasn't been off since

 

Had it done at my dealer before delivery.
