I stopped caring about exterior color, and more about the interior. As long as I can find black interior, I can live with any of the exterior colors.

I thought I wanted Noble Brown until I saw one in person. It's a good color, but it created a dark atmosphere in the interior to the point where it was just a monochromatic environment. This prevented the luxurious details in the interior from being seen. Saw a Parchment interior that better highlighted the interior details. That"s what we went with. Just my personal preference.

I love it, the light colors show denim stains on the side of the seat. I have a similar brown in my 2015 F150 Platinum and love it as well.

My previous Lexus and my wife's current Lexus has the black leather interior. I wanted the same for my RX but the dealer did not have it and "could not get it" with the Caviar ext, 20" wheels and NAV with 12.3" display I wanted unless it was the 450H with chrome wheels they had. Did not care for chrome wheels and also too much noise and vibration especially when sitting in the back. When I test drove one with the Noble Brown int, it was really not to my liking but I settled and now it has grown on me. I am happy with my purchase.

I have found that if I condition my seats (especially light colors) immediately after taking delivery it drastically reduces the amount of dye transfer from jeans. You still have to be careful, but it makes it easier to clean. Then I just stay on top of it by cleaning and conditioning regularly. Originally Posted by RXwhite

And since I'm OCD with my vehicles, if I am wearing new jeans especially dark ones, I sit on an old pillow case.. Yeah, I know, I have issues...

Resurrecting the 3 ˝ year old thread....I like it! FWIW I think the brown with red sticking looks great! I like darker interiors although my black interior is boring. I drove a loaner with parchment interior yesterday and the light colored leather showed marks and dirt. Car only had 4000 miles on it - light colors would never survive my children! I just bought a 2019 RX with Noble Brown. While it's a bit darker than I anticipated, once I'm in it driving I think of it as luxury office decor similar to a law office. Although I haven't been able to find the credenza yet, I really like it.

Got the noble brown and love it, no complaints.
Black is too boring and gets dusty fast, birch and parchment is too light for me.

When I was buying my RX, it was between either a regular model or an F-Sport. While I went with the latter, if I went with the former, it would've been a Nightfall Mica + Noble Brown combo. There's something about the dark blue and the mocha brown combo that just works, and is different from everyone else's RX.
I could do away with the red stitching on the Noble Brown seats/dashboard though, I found it contrasted too much and didn't really add to the overall look. Still a very nice and luxurious interior with the Noble Brown.

I also drove one while I was there. Very impressed with this new model.
I wanted to get 2019 in Brown interior.Originally Posted by sandy14
I finally saw the brown interior in person today. It was in the showroom with less than perfect lighting, it looked darker than I expected. I still love the Cavier but I just can't make up my mind on the interior.I also drove one while I was there. Very impressed with this new model.
It looked good in the dealership hangar but when I drove it out with strong sunlight, the color was not as presentable (I don't meant to offend current brown interior owners).
Strongly suggest to try it out under different light conditions before you commit.
