Has anyone tried recently? I just picked up a 4th gen RX, coming from a 2nd gen CT that had a smart card. I loved it, kept it in my wallet and never carried any keys at all.
Thought I would give y'all some hope. I stumbled upon the land cruiser forums and the 2020's use the same HYQ14FBB. Someone was able to successfully a smart card key programmed to it using the new 2020 LX570s card ID. I have the card on order to try hopefully next week.

Online dealer had to order the key, so slight delay. It will be coming in Monday, and I'll get someone to program Tuesday hopefully. My usual guy isn't responding atm!
Smart Credit Card Key that works for my 2017 RX350
Hi all,
Luckily for the toyota land cruiser forums, they have been having issues finding a smart key for their 2020+ land cruiser heritage model which has the same FCC ID as our 4th gen RX350s. I decided to take a small leap and buy the key in hoping it works, and it did.
Here are the part numbers I've ordered.
89904-48Q90 Smart key69515-30350 Physical Key
Here is the pic of the keys. They had no issues programming it at all. Nice and easy.

I ordered mine from sparks toyota. It was around 280 for both the transmitter and the master key.
Got mine from Bell Lexus North Scottsdale 266.95 shipped! So excited to get a smart card key again, Loved the one I have for the CT and hated the big bulky RX remote.
