It appears my 2017 Rx450h was backed in to in a parking lot and the front grill molding is popped out in the upper right corner. It appears that the plastic clips holding it are broken. Does anyone have any experience in taking the molding off or replacing it? Trying to figure out what I'm getting into

Go to a few local body shops for some free estimates. This stuff is difficult to diagnose online, especially without photos.

Looks like the entire front bumper may to come off to re-attach the grill. When you get a quote, try to insist that they try not to unplug the sensors (ACC and parking) since they will need recalibrating once re-connected. Good luck and let us know.
