I have a 2022 RX350 F-Sport. I decided my OEM battery that served me well for 4 years needed to be changed. I got a nice, fersh new Interstate battery 24F from CostCo and installed it myself. I'm 73 and have changed more batteries that I can recall and generally experience no problems other that redoing a few setting. But, not with this RX. Seat settings, Radio station setting, were retained, but my digital and my analog clock on the dash are off by about four hours. No problem I thought as I can surely adjust the time on the clock. When I referenced my owner's manual, the only information that I could find is that the clock time is automatically adjusted by the GPS. So no manual setting!? I gave it a day to see if it would magically adjust overnight. No dice. That darn clock is still off by several hours. I did a brief search on the fourm and could not find any threads on the topic of the clock's time adjustment. What do I need to do to get my clock time adjusted correctly?

Try this:
To set the time zone on a 2022 Lexus RX, press the MENU button on the Remote Touch Interface, select Setup, choose General, and then select Clock. Within the clock menu, select Time Zone to make adjustments, or toggle Auto Adjust by GPS off to manually adjust hours and minutes. Steps for 2022 Lexus RX Clock & Time Zone Settings:
Access Menu: Press the MENU button near the touchpad.
Navigate to Clock: Select Setup > General > Clock.
Adjust Time Zone: Choose Time Zone to change your location, or toggle Daylight Saving Time on/off.
Manual Setting: Turn Auto Adjust by GPS OFF to manually adjust hours/minutes.
GPS Sync: Turning Auto Adjust by GPS ON will automatically update the time based on your location.
Notes:
This setting adjusts both the digital display and the analog clock in the dashboard.
Ensure "Auto Adjust by GPS" is off if the clock keeps reverting to the wrong time zone.
I followed your very clear instructions, and volia! My time adjusted.
While my setting for time zone (central) was correctly set, the "set time by GPS" was in the "off" position. Once I changed it to "On", the time was correctly adjusted. You da man! Thank you.
I sure wish the owner's manual was a bit clearer on this topic.
