Daylight saving...
My clock isn't automatically changed. Something wrong or I miss something here?
Time Zone: East
Daylight saving: On
Auto change: On
Thanks.

Turn Daylight Saving off and it'll revert to the correct time. I don't know why I had to do that, but it worked. My '05 RX just changed the time automatically without any intervention IIRC.
If you talk about changing the time on the clock, you can turn off auto change, it will allow you to manual adjust it.
Yes. I turned that off in order to make it work... weird... this car is 2010 model, right? Kind of sucks if this feature is useless.

Yes, mine's a 2010 with NAV.
daylight savings time "ON and OFF" does NOT mean auto change the time, on and off.
"ON" means +1 hour, "OFF" means -1 hour, or the correct time. This has been the case for all lexus cars.
I belive certain parts of the country dont change, like arizona or something, so they cant to it automatically.

Well, I thought Lexus' cars should be able to do this right as long as these settings below are selected.

If the system is properly programmed, the GPS vehicle should be able to auto adjust the time/clock based on the time zones and areas you're currently locating. I know some of GPS vehicles' Navi can audo-adjust the clock/time when you're driving and passing the border of time-zones.

Agreed with previous posters - manual adjustment due to not all time zones making the change with DST. However, also agree with other posts that say it's not that hard to build it in based on GPS location, etc.
In the meantime, I had something interesting happen when I made the manual adjustment. My iPod went a little crazy. I was playing a song while I made the DST adjustment and, although the song kept playing, all of the display information went to 'unavailable' (or something like that).
I ended up having to unplug the iPod and plug it back in. Worked fine after that.
Curious if anyone else experienced this or why this might have happened. This is the first time the iPod has ever had any issues like this.
Thx!
Jay
