I just can’t figure this out. I connect my iPhone 15 via the Telephone setting. But my map app will not talk to me via the Lexus sound system. Sometimes it does! But I cannot determine how to do it each time.

 

Select “Media” beneath center air vent, and enjoy map audio…

Open Google Maps on your iPhone and tap the single letter (likely your Initial) at the right of the Search bar.
Tap Settings, Tap Navigation, turn on both "Play voice over Bluetooth" and "Play as Bluetooth phone call.
How does your radio respond to a phone call? Mutes the radio and plays the call. Now when Google Maps
wants to prompt you it will mute the tunes and your screen will show an incoming call...from your phone number.
