Are you sure this is a motor mount issue, and not the exhaust drone & vibration so many of us have in that rpm range?
i have this issue, is there a post discussing how to fix it? i've been searching and all i i could find was a post for another lexus model where they install their own (extra) vibration dampers. i've installed 1 so for and it helped a tiny bit but its still there.

Which vibration problem do you have? The drone when driving below 1500 rpms? Or the vibration at a stand still in drive that is felt through the steering wheel?
For the drone - there is a TSB to replace the underbody catalyst that includes a dampener. Which does not really resolve the problem.
The vibration in drive at a standstill felt at the steering wheel - it's the characteristic of the vehicle. There is no fix.

I would have no problem with installing an aftermarket one. After all, Toyota didn’t actually manufacture the original , it was made by a third party to their specs. Check Rockauto for prices.
