Unhappy Asking Help on motor mount

Hi, recently I got a problem with my 07 ES350.
There's vibration when it's in R, D, P, D gear. Then I took it to Sewell dealership for an diagnosis.
They said I need to replace the FRONT MOTOR MOUNT.
Is that reasonable?

The report said:
85356 FRONT ENGINE MOUNT 1.00 COMPLT CONFIRMED SHUTTER/POPPING NOISE
PREFORMED A HEALTH CHECK AND FOUND DTC'S P16A1 FOR FRONT ENGINE (ELECT)
MOUNT TESTED MOUNT AND FOUND A INTERNAL FAILURE WILL NEED TO REPLACED MOUNT

Anyone have any advice? They will charge $450 to do that.

Thank you for any advice.

Sorry, about 2 months late but I was going to say my advice is would be to get the motor mount from the online sewell parts website with Clublexus discount and then have a small shop near you put it on... It "should" be far less than $450.
THEN, I saw the following thread and retract the aforementioned advice.... I never knew motor mounts could be electrical so you're just going to try to get help from this thread:
