There is still an intermittent Knocking Noise, while driving between 0-30MPH. Knocks between 5-10 times then goes away. Happens early in the morning when driving out of apartment parking lot, car parked outside. Does not occur every day though.
I also notice in the morning when I press the Brake pedal to start the engine, the brake pedal is harder to push, does not go all the way down but engine starts fine. When driving during the day, the brake pedal is soft and goes all the way down when starting the engine. Is this normal?
Any suggestions? Minor but still annoying not knowing what the root issue is. Sounds like it is coming from Right passenger side, not sure front or rear.
Hi,
I have noticed the same issue when I purchased my RX350. I took it to the dealer and there was no fix.
It will only happen when you fill gas tank fully.

sounds involved and you are probably out of warranty
Thank you. I don’t think that is it. Knock noise is on the passenger side. One of these days I have to try and record the noise. What I call knock might be a clunk, lol.
You are correct, no warranty, super expensive to fix.
I will note the times and see if it’s temp related, only during colder weather.
You might want to invest in a Steelman chassisear. It's model # 06600. I have one at home and have used it several times. It works very well. Here is the webpage:

In case someone else may find similar knocking noise. In my case, it ended up being warped rotars. Once the brake rotars and pads were replaced, no more knocking noises.
