Just had to replace heated seats, driver and passenger for $$$$$ in my 2018 Lexus RX, both only get lukewarm and best on high setting, complained to dealer and Lexus and got nowhere; any one else have this problem ?

On my 2017 only the drivers side seat heater works. I would never spend the money to get the passenger side fixed. Are you kidding me? I never sit there.

Nothing lasts forever; you're out of warranty.

I love the automatic heated seat feature on my 2022. Id be equally disappointed if they failed in the middle of winter, especially if i had to pony up the bucks to repair them out of warranty. Simple repair expenses on Lexus vehicles can make any adult cry like baby.

I think Lexus service won't replace heating elements and going to replace whole seat. That's the only one reason why it costs $$$$
I never saw OEM heating elements for sale, you always can install aftermarket elements from Amazon by yourself, but I'm sure quality of them is not great
