Got under the car and noticed the transmission has a dirty wet coating on it. Looks like a possible leak? Car has only 18.5k miles on it. Cleaned it up as much as I could to see if it'll come back quick before I go to the dealership. Wondering if anyone agrees it's a possible transmission leak? Never seen any drips on the ground.

Lexus has categories "leak" and "seep". Leak -- they fix. seep -- they don;t do anything; Leak is when there is a pool or puddle on the floor under the car. Seep is when you can see some color on the engine around the edges of the timing cover. Yours looks like seep, not leak.

Well, then it's better to get a record that I've reported this for when the transmission eventually fails.

its good to report it to the Lexus dealership. But, a seep or leak will not in and of itself cause the tranny to fail. Just check the fluid level periodically and top it off.
It's important, but not urgent. You've got your 20K mile service in 1,500 miles, so why not direct their attention to the seep at that time, and make sure when you get the service report that it is noted there. Then you can monitor the situation and remind them about it if it gets worse in the future. If it gets substantially worse before the base warranty ends, they should fix it under warranty.
Would most certainly have the dealership look at it, first to get it on record, and secondly to confirm that it is trans vs other fluids. Trans fluid should be red, although if baked on outside it will difficult to tell....looks like a reddish tint in a couple of the pics.
As mentioned, would also have them confirm that the fill level is correct.
Our RX with 50K looks similar to that, although not as oily. We also have the timing cover leak. It may be the cause. Look up over the PS pump to see if you see oil seeping down the block. I will be making an appointment also.

looks like rear main seal leak. Mine was replaced under warranty at ~50K miles. My loaner also showed leak at the same spot

It should be fixed right away under warranty. Faulty right out of the factory.
Before service, 1000 miles since original post Before service, 1000 miles since original post After service, 6 mile drive home drips developed on leak area. Loose bolts
Took the car back back from the dealership today, they said the transfer case was leaking due to a torn gasket covered by warranty. Crawled under the car to check when I got home and the leak looks worse than when I gave them the car, pictures do it no justice, but now there's drips on the transmission. There are also loose undercarriage bolts. Absolutely disgusted by the dealer giving the car in this condition. Will be calling back tomorrow to see what they say.
Edit: leak was from the transfer case drain plug gasket.
