Installing sway bar bushings
I was able to do it by crawling under the middle of the car and getting a flex head ratchet near the subframe. 1/4” 12mm socket and extension.
I have heard of these snapping though so that would be the most risky part. Definitely use penetrating oil and heat if they’re rusted.

It may be a real pain to get at them. There is not much room and all the bolts and nuts are probably rusted.
Are you sure you need them? They rarely wear out. They are just chunks of rubber. It is the end links that usually break.
This is the RX and I think there is a lot of rust. I don't get why he did not remove the tires and approach them from the side.
This is the Highlander which should be the same design and this approach is less work if your bolts are not too rusty.

I am interested to know your opinion on the KYBs and H&Rs when you put them on. I have had the same setup for about a year and a half now. For the most part it is OK, but it feels a little floaty when going over speed bumps and the like. I think the shock damping needs to be greater to properly match the spring rate.
Do you have a 350 or 450h? AWD or FWD? Model year and mileage?
The H&R wheel spacers are great. They have reduced body roll and improved grip and the stance looks great, especially with the 255 width tires. I even put them on my Toyota Sienna!
I do not have KYB struts or shocks and cannot comment on them. Others have used them and found them a bit stiffer than stock Lexus ones.
If you want to improve your shocks and struts then get some Bilsteins. This has been discussed a lot just search Bilstein.
To repeat this all again:
The fronts are the ones for the 2011 Toyota Highlander and the rears are the ones for the 2014 Toyota Highlander as these are different generations.
The earlier generation 2011 Highlander has the same front suspension as the 3rd gen RX but a different rear suspension that used struts.
The 2014 next generation Highlander adopted the RX rear suspension with shocks but changed the front to match the 4th gen RX so that is why we use the 2011 Highlander struts.
The Bilstein B4 is like the regular struts/shocks and the B6 is stiffer like the F Sport. Both work much better than anything else available for the RX. Rock Auto often has them in stock.
