Default Front headlight film separating?

I noticed a translucent area that's been growing on my headlight. It appears to be that there is file that makes the headlight clear. However, this file is slowly being removed. The headlights still work fine. This is 2010. Is there a way to correct this?

So glad you asked! there is! And it is not difficult. Take about an hour of work for the lights, then let it sit for a day to dry.

And it is very inexpensive! It is going to be "scary", but what is going on for you is that there is a clear coat (not really a "film" but more like a "paint" that is just starting to deteriorate.

Here's a video to help. Please give a comment to the video, I'm brand new at trying to help make these instructional videos. And suggestions are appreciated.

If you buy the Meguiar kit, it comes with the clear coat as well.
