Default Does rain sensor bracket come with glue on it?

Does anyone know if the OEM rain sensor bracket comes with glue / double- sided tape on it?
On my RX the bracket got lose so I glued it back. Wekk later it came lose.
Went to a glass shop- they glued it again and it came lose again.
Went back and they use double sided tape which is much thicker comparing to the original so the sensor does not work right.
If the OEM bracket has glue on it I would just get a new one and re-glue.
Thanks

The part above is not the double sided tape used to attach the bracket to the windshield.
It is a lens that goes between the sensor and windshield. Toyota calls it tape.
I need double- sided tape that is temp. resistant.

Hmmm, nice naming Toyota.

You need double-sided tape that is temperature resistant and optically clear, correct? I'm quite sure a glass shop can help.

Not really- first they used gkue that held for one week only,
Next he used gray double-sided tape from HD which is thicker then the original so the sensor does not work properly...

I used this stuff to secure a dash cam mount the trick is to apply the tape then hit it with a heat gun makes the tape super tacky.
