2010 RX350 Under Engine Coolant Leak
Greetings all - I crawled under my 2010 RX350 to find the pictured hose open and dripping. The hose is underneath the engine near the passenger side.
Looks like its been dripping coolant for a few minutes but not significantly. Coolant levels are fine. Should this be a cause for concern?

Are you sure it is the coolant and not the a/c condensate?
If you are using Lexus/toyota coolant, then it should be pink in color. A/C condensate will be clear. Loss of coolant will be accompanied by loss in coolant level.

I agree. The end is cut and finished. It did not break off, or separate from a clamp. There are no clamp markings on the hose.
It is probably from the coolant overflow tank or the A/C condensate line or a sunroof drain tube. Hard to tell the location from that photo.
There are 2 front sunroof drain tubes that exit under the vehicle.
You could run some weed wacker line down each one and see if one exits at that hose. They are in the front corners of the sunroof.
