Is there a way to turn off the parking sensors in the rear but keep the ones on up front. The reason I ask is because I typically always have my bike rack attached to the rear trailer hitch.
I doubt that that is possible unless you had someone trace the wires for the rear and install a separate off switch to shut them off. I am not sure that would even work.
When the Auto Braking was added to RX's in 2016 it added an extra concern for the bikers and the trailer towing
process. While you are merely annoyed by the chirps when reversing, Auto Braking actually applies the brakes
and you and your bikes are going nowhere! You do not have to turn off the entire Park Assist F& R as before,
you can just turn off the Intelligent Clearance Sonar to restore normal reversing. Still beeps as before however.
