Default C1241 code but no abs light

I was using techstream and the code C1241 scanned as current on the abs module but I don't have a abs light on.

Should I be concerned?

It could just be low battery voltage which will trip many codes and or warning lights etc. Get your battery tested. Most auto parts stores do it for free.
When was your brake fluid last flushed? Old contaminated brake fluid can cause such problems.

I just replaced the battery last winter, we bought the SUV used about a year and a half ago so not sure if the fluids was changed. Just not sure because typically I should see a fault light.

It always helps internet diagnosis to provide the year and mileage of your vehicle. I still think you should do what I recommended above. It may be time to have a shop look at it as brakes are a primary safety feature and not the time to risk your life guessing at the problem.

I haven't been on techstream in a while, but doesn't it usually show a date/time when the code popped?

Its a 2014 and about 110000km.

But I only saw the code pop up when I was using techstream to update the tpms IDs, no actual code on the dash so it's just odd. My brake pads are half way and my brake fluid reservoir is at the half way mark.
