Default RX totally not responsive

Dear Lexus Owner, i had some issue with my 2011 Rx270 (japan model).

out of sudden (last driven 2 days ago) my car totally not responsive. Remote control, stock alarm and indicator light, push start switch and light not functioning, radio, info system, instrument lights all gone. Except for red door opening indicator is showing. My trunk door was not opening as well.

electric chair, indoor light, high low beam, horn, manual central lock all functioning.

tried another new battery, jump start, test existing 1 month old battery shown ok. Checked fuel box engine bay and internal under glove box found 1 10A fuse for Panel blown. Replaced but still nothing happened. The rest of the fuse seems all fine. Found a starter relay as attached photo (but seems not blown off)

no trace at all during previous driving. Washed my car few days before last driving with some heavy water pouring (suspect water intrusion?) but after that driving still no issue.

can anyone share some guidance or experience? Would it be ground cable?

Water takes few hours to penetrate and then many hours to drain or dry-out.

I would suggest that you should let it dry out. Open the window/door a bit to let it breath and get fresh dry air. I am not sure where the sub electrical fuse box is in your model, but you can direct a fan over it to let it dry. Also check wet carpet in the cabin and that may lead you to potential source of water penetration.

You can try replacing the blown out fuses and see if they blow out again or remain good. You would need the circuit diagram to trace each circuit.

If you or some one has not worked on the vehicle the chances of ground being bad are low as some one has to mess with them and forget.

When folks wash their vehicle the most water should be directed to the wheels and wheel wells. The top and sides just needs to be wet down and washing of the engine bay is full of perils.
