Default Blower motor???

How strong should the heat blow when you have the fan at full blast? My 2014 RX350 doesnt seem to blow hard at full blast which is a surprise, typically on my other cars halfway is more than enough for winter.

Any ideas? bad blower motor?

Have you checked your cabin air filter to see if it may be clogged from dirt and preventing air flow? That is the most likely reason for low air flow. These filters are often neglected and take 5 minutes to change once you know how. Watch the video.

I replaced the filter recently so it's not clogged, it was one of the first thing I checked

I think this is normal. The air flow in my previous car, an Accord, was definitely stronger. To be honest, my Accords climate control was better than my Lexus when first driving in the morning. On a long trips I have no complaints.

I found that those more expensive carbon type cabin air filters actually reduce the air flow quite a lot compared to cheaper ones. I the cabin is a situation where a cheaper higher flowing filter is better. I actually removed a carbon cabin filter after a couple of weeks because my wife complained there was no more air flow in the car.
How much protection do you need to breathe in a car anyway? Any A/C tech will tell you that home air filters are really to protect the equipment from dust etc. It is a secondary effect that it may make the air inside cleaner. Cabin air filters only appeared in the last decade or so, we all suffered through the stone ages before that breathing unfiltered air in our cars and actually opening windows.

My 2013 does the same, poor airflow. It's really annoying on those really cold days when you what some good airflow for heat. Also a poor design if you ask me. My Sienna does the exact same as well. Fan makes all this noise with not to mush airflow

Is this something that just happened or has it been the same since the beginning?
When it was -45c a couple of weeks ago in Alberta, I set it at +30c and with 4 bars fan speed everyone felt comfortable.
I would say that if you don't hear any funny fan noise especially when the fan starting, then it's working well.
I usually close the rear seat air ducts when there's nobody sits at the back to increase the airflow at the front.
Last, I choose the position which splits the air between the windshield and feet. This works best in winter time to keep the windows clear and the rising heat from the floor works well.

You may have a real issue with your car, Maybe check the coolant level? Make sure it's not low?
My 2015 RX350 has no trouble keeping the cabin hot, I normally set the temperature to 71 or 72 degrees. It takes only about 5 minutes of driving for me to get really comfy.
