Default low air output from vents

lately ive noticed that the air output from my vents is really weak. i can hear the fan blowing but if i put my hand up to the vents i can barely feel it. all modes seem to work, and the temperature seems to be even from all vents, but the air coming from the vents is extremely weak. i know theres the common servo motor problem, but im not sure if that applies to my problem. i thought possibly my cabin filter was restricting air flow so i removed it to see if it changed but it didnt. anyone have any ideas?

could need a new blower, blower control module or the wheel is dirty and loaded with garbage. we might be able to swap blower motors to see if mine works better one night...

Drop the blower out of the glove box area. It pretty simple to take out. Just a few screws. The motor may have rust on it due to condensation from the AC. Clean it off then check the springs near the brushes. You may need to stretch them a little bit. Worked like a charm for me 2 years ago and my air output has been great ever since.
