Spoiler wrap

Hello everyone,
I'm new here and I just purchased this '13 450H. I noticed the spoiler looked rough a few days ago. I've seen a few threads regarding spoiler issues but has anyone actually wrapped their spoiler? I'm thinking of trying to repaint the spoiler and buying a second spoiler to wrap

Wrapping is very quick and convenient, and generally cheaper than painting. Also you can change it if you get tired of the look.

Spoilers get all the wind (fine dust) damage and sun damage. For some reason it gets dirty very very quick. Xpel Ultimate is what I have https://www.xpel.com/shop/paint-prot.../ultimate-plus this one, you have to go an installer. There are other options like vinyl wraps, which work OK but the product life is only about 3 years.....

Unfortunately the shop told me they won't be able to wrap it. It looks like I'll have to go get it repainted.

Not everyone is willing to wrap something like that, but I've done it, so it is possible to do. The shop you took it too probably just doesn't know how to work with a paint finish in that condition or did not want to take the chance.
