Question Distorted Windshield Normal?

I'm looking to buy a 2013 RX350 and I've noticed that the two that I've test driven both have distorted windshields in the lower left drivers side. It's enough to make you a little sick. Does anyone else have this issue? I've read some threads and it seems to be a persistent problem with this car.

What make was the windshield in question? Cracks are pretty common and lots of vehicles on road have them replaced and at times with an inferior quality.

Many of the so-called upscale auto manufacturers install Pilkington windshields, back windows, and side windows at the factory. Look for the Pilkington name or logo somewhere on the glass. If you find it, distortion is not likely to be a problem.

No, it is not normal and hell of annoying. As mentioned, OEM Lexus logoed glass should not have any lens.

I am not saying you are wrong, but my 2015 made in Canada has PGW (Pittsburgh Glass Works) and the Lexus logo all around.
