I have a 2015 RX350 where the ac/clock went out, then the Nav screen/radio followed in about 2wks.
Tried to reset by pulling off bat cable, holding down vol button, and have checked all the fuses with no success.
Trying to determine where to go next. I am not sure where the display controller board is on the car. Is it in the dash, as part of the display?
Does anyone know a source for the parts?

You are likely to get more visibility and therefore more assistance if you will post your issue in the "Normal Threads" section.

 

There are many internet sources for OEM Lexus parts. Most have drop down menus to help you locate the parts. However I think you first need a professional diagnosis before throwing parts at it without knowing what the real problem is in the vehicle. It may be time for a trip to the dealer.
