I have a 2013 Lexus RX 350. The voice command feature does not work when asking to call a person in the contact list. While searching for a answer to my issue on this forum, I read a few post suggesting using the voice training session for the feature to understand your voice. I cannot find it anywhere in the menu for the voice commands. How can I access this feature? Tried rebooting the navigation system a few times with no success. Is there a software upgrade available ?
