How to delete all personal data
Hi All,
I purchased this vehicle and need to delete all of the audio and phone data. i tried to use voice command but it requires knowing the name of all phone users and audio devices. I have no idea. the max number of users has heen entered, so I cannot use phone or bluetooth audio. SUV does not have navigatuon. Can someone please help? thank you!!

Voice command is terrible on the RX. Since you do not have Navigation, you need to search this forum or use the manual to figure out how to delete the old phones. I think it is done through controls on the steering wheel.

You didn't specify the year of your vehicle, not sure how much changed if anything year to year, but this is how you "initialize" the system and wipe all personal settings on a 2012 without navigation using voice command or select ****...
1. "Setup"
2. "System Setup"
3. "Initialize"
4. "Confirm"
This will wipe phone book, call history, speed dials, registered phones, registered bluetooth audio devices, volume settings.
