Driver seat going back when about to exit auto

Driver seat going back when about to exit auto
When I was about to exit my 2013 RX350, the driver seat would go back when auto shut off / seat belt opened up.
Now my new RX350 does not do this. What do I have to do to activate this function? By the way, I have the premium package.

Sounds like OP is asking about easy exit. That's one of the personalized settings. See page 3:
