Default Parts crossover within 3rd gen

I'm looking for a replacement knee airbag for my 2015 RX350 and it comes up as part number 73900-0E020-C0. This is also however, the part number for the exact same part from a 2011 RX. Most places have them listed as different compatibilities, so would a 2011 work, fit, etc in a 2015? I can't seem to find a good answer for this, so any help is appreciated, thank you!

I think the best place to get an accurate answer for this question would be a Lexus dealer's Parts Dept. I have found that lots of online car parts places (like those on eBay & Amazon) simply copy their compatibility info from who-knows-where or from each other and there's no way to know for sure how accurate their info really is. It's a crap shoot.

I am always sending folks to this link. They are a Lexus specialty recycler. They (and all recyclers) have access to a database called Hollander that shows what parts are interchangeable between different years and models. Give them a call, http://www.rancholexusrecycling.com/
