The easiest way is to Look inside the driver side wheel well or fender. It helps to turn your tires to the right first. If, at the front end, there are some vent slits, then you have it. Those are air vents for the transmission cooler which is part of the package. This has been asked many times and someone has posted a photo in one of the threads.
I think they had a hybrid.
A tow package also has an extra oil cooler.
You could also look for the oil cooler hoses next to the oil filter. Originally they were rubber, but due to failures, Lexus provided an almost useless extended warranty plus free replacement if they leak. However, when they leak they usually burst on the highway, all your oil squirts out and you have a seized engine before you know what has happened. They have replaced them with metal pipes which you can buy and have a shop install or do it yourself if really handy. Here are photos

Or check your VIN which should indicate if you have the tow package

I asked Lexus to send me a build sheet on my Rx350 and in 3 hours i had it. If you are in doubt about your cars equipment get it from the people who built it. Fortunately mine did have a factory installed (TO) tow package. Thanks to the forum members for their help!
Thats’s on my list. But it looks like to me they won’t replace them unless they are leaking.
I saw Lexus provided a secondary warranty for the hose leaking. It’s not a recall. Any thoughts?
Thanks

You have to pay for it yourself. It is under a couple hundred bucks if done by an independent Toyota/Lexus shop. The Highlander had the same problem. Any Japanese car specialist can replace that hose with the pipe. The only trick is you have to remove the studs in addition to the nuts to remove and replace it.
